The Town of Midland has a Council-Manager form of government with a Mayor and four Town Council Members with four year staggered terms, and a professional Town Manager to run the day-to-day operations. The Town Manager is a professional who serves to implement the legislative policies voted upon by the Town Council. He prepares the annual town budget for review by the town council and supervises all town employees.
